Lagree is a Pilates-inspired, science-backed training system that focuses on slow, controlled, no-impact movements. By moving at a deliberately slow pace, we target and fatigue slow-twitch muscle fibres—building strength, endurance, core stability, and balance in a way that’s both safe and highly efficient.
Unlike traditional rehab exercises, Lagree works muscles to complete fatigue with minimal rest, creating maximum muscular activation in minimal time. The intensity is fully adjustable, making it appropriate for all levels—from elite athletes to postpartum rehab and anyone rebuilding strength after injury.
During your sessions, you can expect:
Slow, controlled movements using the signature Lagree 4-count
Exercises organized in focused blocks (core, upper body, lower body)
Left and right sides trained evenly for balanced strength
Complete muscular engagement without impact on your joints
All rehabilitation sessions are delivered by clinicians trained and certified in the Lagree Method. Kate Roddy, registered physiotherapist and certified Lagree Level 1 & 2 instructor, leads a team of physiotherapists and chiropractors who integrate this method into your personalized treatment plan.
After an initial assessment, sessions may qualify for physiotherapy or chiropractic insurance coverage or can be claimed as eligible medical expenses on your Canadian tax return.
