Out of respect for your therapist’s schedule and the time other patients could have booked, we require 24-hours notice to cancel your appointment without a charge. If you need to cancel your appointment, please email info@fixtphysio.com. Please do so as soon as you know that you will be unable to attend your appointment. Note that appointments may also be cancelled and changed online at up until 24-hours before the scheduled time.

Please note that in the case of last minute illness to attend your appointment in person, email as soon as possible to discuss rescheduling options.

All missed (no-show) appointments without cancellation will be charged the full fee of your appointment.
