Each participant follows an individualized treatment plan developed by a registered physiotherapist after a one-on-one assessment.

You’ll complete a one-on-one physiotherapy assessment to determine diagnosis, goals, and plan of care.

Complete your program in a supervised group setting with ongoing clinical oversight and adjustments.

Recovering from injury
Returning to sport or activity
Managing pain or movement limitations
Not yet ready for general classes
Prenatal or postpartum
