DR. SARAH ALTENHOF
Doctor of Chiropractic
Dr. Sarah Altenhof is a chiropractor, movement enthusiast and firm believer that feeling good in your body makes pretty much everything better.
After years of playing sports (and collecting a few injuries along the way), Sarah experienced firsthand how the right treatment could get her moving and feeling like herself again — ultimately inspiring her to help others do the same.
Sarah earned her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College after completing a degree in Human Kinetics at the University of Windsor.
Her approach is evidence-based, hands-on and individualized, with a focus on reducing pain, restoring function and keeping you doing the things you love. Treatments may include joint manipulation and mobilization, myofascial release, cupping, mobility and exercise prescription, and PNF stretching — plus plenty of education so you understand what’s going on with your body.
Outside the clinic, you’ll find Sarah walking her dog Rudy, sweating through hot yoga, cycling, working on her golf game or, very frequently, at a concert… which is why Sarah holds absolutely no morning treatment hours. We respect her boundaries.
Smart treatment, good movement & a chiropractor who wants you doing more of what you love.
