KATE RODDY
Founder | Registered Pelvic & Sports Physiotherapist | Lagree Instuctor
Kate founded Fixt Physio + Chiro in 2020, during the height of the pandemic. After navigating a three-month lockdown, she recognized the need for a clinic that blended her 20 years of physiotherapy experience with the Lagree Method—a system of movement she has studied, mastered, and integrated into rehabilitation with exceptional results.
Kate completed her BSc in Kinesiology at the University of Western Ontario, followed by her Master of Physiotherapy Studies at the University of Queensland in Brisbane, Australia. She later earned certification in Contemporary Medical Acupuncture through McMaster University and became certified in both the Functional Movement Screen (FMS) and Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA)—skills that led to her work assessing NHL athletes during training camps. She has completed Level 1 and all Level 2 Lagree Method certifications and is the Executive Director of Operations for Studio Lagree.
A certified pelvic health physiotherapist since 2018 (Pelvic Health Solutions), Kate brings a comprehensive and integrative approach to treatment.
Before founding Fixt, she practiced at both the Granite Club and the Toronto Athletic Club, working with athletes across all levels—from recreational to elite performers in the NBA and NHL.
Kate’s treatment philosophy is simple: living with pain or limitation isn’t sustainable. Her goal is to help you move, perform, and feel like you’re living in a new body.
