Heather has been a Registered Massage Therapist for over 20 years, graduating with honours from Centennial College’s Massage Therapy program. Over the years, she’s worked in all kinds of settings and with all kinds of bodies, developing an intuitive, thoughtful approach to massage that balances therapeutic work with deep relaxation.

Heather is also a Reiki Master, shamanic practitioner and certified astrologer. Her holistic perspective recognizes that stress, emotion and life in general have a way of showing up in the body. Her treatments consider the whole person while staying grounded in the scope of massage therapy practice.

Her career has taken her to some pretty interesting places — backstage with musicians and their crews, the Pan Am Games, Just for Laughs, film and television sets, and even on-site massage work in Mexico. She’s worked with Olympic athletes, professional dancers, high-performance professionals and plenty of everyday humans who simply want their bodies to feel better.
