This 6-week physiotherapy program is designed to build the core and stability muscles your body needs to run efficiently and injury-free.
Your first session includes a full assessment of your running endurance and gait mechanics. After a dynamic warm-up, you’ll rotate between custom run intervals on our Woodway Curve (a self-propelled treadmill that mirrors natural running mechanics) and targeted core work on the Lagree Megaformer.
Each week progresses strategically to build:
running endurance
glute and core strength
leg stability
movement efficiency
Our focus is always on activating the muscle groups that protect runners from common injuries—especially the deep core, glutes, and obliques.
